You are right Tam. Choose move preview option appears not to save. I tried and no different so went back to setting and noticed it had returned to one of the other two settings. Tried it several times but it does not appear to save the option and reverts back to one of the other two.

One for your helpdesk expertise old chap

[Quote from: "TamCoblyn"]Moving along similar lines can we also have a safety net on the confirm button?

It is in your settings. You can ask for Confirm Move drop box to appear after you hit the button.

Confused looking for both My Interface and My Moves can't see where I can ask for a drop box on Confirm Move please clarify and provide further information.

My Stuff - My Moves - Move Confirmation

I had to search in truth but knew it was an option when I joined. My biggest gripe here has always been that simple options are lost in repeated menu's so you can likely find it elsewhere also.

Thanks now updated.

Sorry Gareth but I cannot honestly believe someone looking for the analysis board when seeing the confirm resign page instead will actually do it! Its seems quite logical to have likely the two most used buttons at the top.
Maybe give an option to color code them differently in personal settings if it is a real concern.

I agree. It hasn't happened to me or any of my opponents (yet).

If someone clicks on 'YES - I WANT TO RESIGN - CONTINUE' it is pretty clear and they don't really have any argument.

7 times I was looking for the analyse board against you

Sorry Colint tried to post you an image of lay out but the forum wont accept the code.
Have not messed with mine much and shows on the play page as:-

Tournament Crosstable
Draw
Resign
Settings
x boards await your move
Prev/List/Next
Skip Game
Analyse
Play Through
etc etc....

Everything is on the right and I have tabbed menu options if that helps.

Actually I just looked to check and on my layout the Analysis + Resign button are miles apart?? I only use the standard interface as far as I know.
