What would be an idea of this opening? There is a similar one, named Andersen's opening 1. a3. Idea of that opening would be to prevent develop oponent's darksquare bishop.

1.a4 is an opening? I always thought it was just a blunder. My advice would be to not try to demolish it, but just play solid; sensible moves and you're probably going to win. (Unless you're playing a grandmaster of course.)
