Gary Lanes excellent book is over 200 pages long, and has 40 chapters. Each chapter is a heavily annotated game dealing with a specific theme and variation. The book was published in 1990 by The Crowood Press, Ramsbury, Marlborough, Wiltshire SN8 2HE. ISBN 1 85223 3184.The most recent one (I believe) is by GM Eduard Rozentalis and Andrew Harley. It is 192 pages but has only 10 chapters.ISBN 1 901983 56 0.

The most recent book on 2.c3 vs. Sicilan is I believe by Rozentalis. He is an experienced Grandmaster that has played it all his life.I believe however 2...d5! seems to cause white quite a few problems, unless you like an isolated Queens pawn.Alekhine used to play 2.c3 in his later years. The best book I have seen however is an old publication by Gary Lane. Lane is really thorough where as other authors seem to skip a lot of important details. Good luck.

There is a couple of very old books on this.

Murray chandler wrote one about 20 years ago and slightly more recent is Joe Gallagher on beating the anti-Sicilians which has an interesting chapter on it.

It is an opening that is poorly covered in chess books
