When I first started to really play in CW, I arranged to have my “Playing area” as the opening page when I call Chessworld. . . Perhaps the outfit that supplies you Internet has an utility of that sort. In that page you have notice of how many games are pending of an answer.
In any event I think it is better and shorter to enter CW and go to “My games”, than to go to the emails, from there to Cw and so on. . . If you use the links that appear in the emails they send you to the first page of CW. Longer way…
And. . . Occasionally, the Internet platform and the means by which you enter the “web” go somehow crazy. To that add the firewalls, the improvements (¿?) of SP3, the “magics” of the protection programs, the mysteries and secrets of Windows. . . and it is not strange if something rare happens.

Yes, the issues are being investigated, but technically Emails are being delivered okay from our servers.
However, certain ISP's from time to time think Chessworld is sending bulk email (spam), and may put temporary blocks on them. In the mean time, if you could use a Google Gmail address, and set that in the My stuff..My email page, it should resolve it as well.

In the past 3 or 4 weeks I have only received about 6 moves (from 16 games) by E Mail. I have reported this but I still need to go to 'My current games' to find out if anyone has moved. One or two of my opponents seem to be having the same problem. This problem must be caused by 'Chessworld'.
Is there any chance this will be resolved in the near future ?
