..Ke7 by black is not amazing, but merely very logical, linking the back line and keeping the king in a closed center. He can't castle so what else will he play? Before that ...Bf6 was a much more interesting move, with a prophylactic and counterattacking flare. It asks white if she can produce anything without pushing f4. Apparently she chose to go forward with it anyway...

A great game by Kasparov, as most of his are.
