Finding the perfect Opponent can really enhance your enjoyment of the game!
Full Members can select and use any combination from a range of very powerful filters to select and invite particular Opponents for games.
It is possible to invite friends, or Members who share your interests, to join your own Tournaments or Teams. All that is necessary is to check their ChessWorld nickname, and then select, from the various options available, which Tournaments or Teams you invite them to join.
There is also an advanced filter. This feature, which you may save for future use, allows you to make sophisticated searches. For example, players may be searched by Country, playing strength, FIDE Rating, comments and interests on their homepage(s).
Opponents may also be invited directly from their home page by simply clicking on your choice, either for an individual game or to join a Team or Tournament.
If you prefer to play Members from your own country, you can use the Opponents ... Choose by Country option. For Australia, Canada or the United States it is also possible to narrow down the search for Opponents to a specific State or Province.
